Bioenergetic bodywork helps relieve chronic muscle tension, manage feelings, expand intimacy skills, and learn new ways of relating to others. Vulnerability, aggression, assertiveness and their influence in shaping relationships are seen as important life-sustaining forces. During the workshops, participants have the opportunity to experience themselves and their bodies.
Over the course of the weekend, participants can share their experiences with the group, receive feedback and work on their issues with others. |
