The creative aspect of my approach is that in my work, with the help of my wealth of experience, I incorporate elements from Alexander Lowen's Bioenergetics (body work), the work of Wilhelm Reich, developments in modern psychoanalysis such as mentalization based psychotherapy by Peter Fonagy, elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness/awareness work, spirituality, constellation work and other approaches. In this way, I try to offer a unique therapy that is tailored to your specific needs as much as possible. Because every person - and every session - is different and must not be forced onto the Procrustes bed of a therapeutic school or orientation. Ultimately, it is the relationship between you as the person seeking help and me as the person helping that heals.
